The little spring on one earring of my favourite pair had given up. I emailed Camps, was able to send the earring in, and it came back repaired. I am delighted, and full marks for the service at Camps & Camps!

Yes. You have 14 days to change your mind after delivery. You create your return label yourself in our return portal — for that you need the track & trace code of your parcel and your postcode. Send the piece back unworn and complete. From the Netherlands the label costs € 3.95. See how returns work.
Within the Netherlands shipping is free from € 50; below that you pay € 4.95. Shipping costs to other countries vary per destination; you will see the exact amount at checkout, once you have entered your address. See shipping.
Within the Netherlands 1 to 3 working days on average, with PostNL. Abroad takes longer, and during busy periods around the holidays your order will be on its way for longer. As soon as the parcel is sent you receive an email with track & trace.
You have 6 months of warranty on demonstrable manufacturing and production faults, and 3 months on discolouration caused by a production fault. After that you do not have to write your jewellery off: up to 18 months after purchase we repair or re-plate it for a fee, from € 20 per earring. Keep your order number — it is your proof of purchase. See warranty.
