Our jewelry is assembled by hand and is delicate. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will resolve it for you. Outside of that, you don't need to write off your jewelry: we will look into repair or re-plating.
Keep your order number safe, as that is your proof of purchase.
On demonstrable manufacturing and production faults, counted from the date of purchase.
If the material discolours because of a production fault, that falls under the warranty within the first three months.
After that you do not have to write your jewellery off: we repair or re-plate it for a fee, from € 20 per earring.
Your order number — that is your proof of purchase — a short description of the complaint, and a few sharp photos of the piece and the damage or discolouration.
Send everything to the address below. Prefer to call? That is possible on working days between 10:00 and 17:00.
If it falls under the warranty, we solve it for you. For a paid repair you first receive a quote without obligation — including any shipping costs.
Jewellery wears and is exposed to outside influences. These things fall outside the warranty:
Up to 18 months after purchase we repair or re-plate your jewellery for a fee — also when the warranty term has passed or when it was damaged by accident. Re-plating costs from € 20 per earring.
Email us a clear photo and your order number. We assess what is possible and send a quote without obligation beforehand.
Because we work with changing collections and natural materials, we cannot promise that every part or stone is still available after some time.
Warranty runs through the place where you bought it. For a piece from a Camps & Camps stockist, contact that shop: they assess your complaint and often repair it on the spot.
